When can we find out what went on at the meeting? What will the maintenance fees be for next year?

Just a brief reply: I thought the meeting was excellent: much updated information about all the improvements to our ATBTS, the list of projects to continue and to begin, the financials - FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OUR HISTORY WE ARE IN THE BLACK.
This is not official, but the maintenance fee for the coming year that I heard and that is in our 2010 budget distributed at the meeting is $1310.50.
My wife and I drove home very satisfied and grateful to have had and to have such competent board members over our years of growth and transition to our own fully owned timeshares.
